Real-time metrology for a wide range of applications

Depending on the type of the underlying measurement problem the VisionMetrics platform is configurable to measure with a highly deterministic update-rate of 200Hz for measuring multiple actuator’s coordinates on six axes, enabling deterministic feedback-loops for automated control. The platform can also be engaged to achieve an accuracy down to 0,1mm per axis at reduced measurement speed. The achievable measurement speed and accuracy depends on the mechanical sensor mounting situation on the machine.
